Problem Note 48717: Attempts to log on to SAS® Web Report Studio fail when you set up web authentication in SAS® 9.3 TS1M2
After you install the second maintenance release for SAS 9.3 (TS1M2) and you configure (or reconfigure) web authentication, the following error occurs when you try to log on to SAS Web Report Studio:
Fatal configuration error prevents access to SAS Web Report Studio.
If you encounter this error, check the most recent WebReportStudio.log file for this message:
com.sas.apps.citation.model.user.CitationLogonException: No user name supplied.: No user name supplied.[ WRS logon credential: name(), authentication domain(null)
This log message indicates the reason for the error. The problem is a result of recent changes in the logon configuration for SAS Web Report Studio. This problem does not occur in SAS® Information Delivery Portal nor in SAS® BI Dashboard, and it only occurs in the second maintenance release for SAS 9.3 (TS1M2).
